Mould workshop
HyBer is committed to the production of precision molds, the company's molds from design to processing are completed by Haibo independently, and the research and development cycle is 20-60 days
The main equipment has 3 sets of CNC, United States imported haas brand; 1 spark machine from Agiecharmilles, wire cutting with an accuracy of 1U, etc.;
Injection molding workshop
HyBer has 20 injection molding machines, tonnage (40T-300T);
The new Engel liquid silicone injection machine with one Elmets feeding and ACE cooling system and one solid rubber injection machine;
Good at plastic embedded metal inserts; Good at elastomer embedded plastic parts, good at the production of high-temperature resistant materials, such as PPS, etc.Stamping shop
The company's existing precision pneumatic punch (6T~100T, 18 sets) can produce stainless steel, copper, iron, aluminum, nickel and other deep drawing hardware, raw materials are stainless steel, copper, iron, aluminum, nickel, etc.
Moulding workshop
HyBer has 33 vulcanizers with tonnage (100T-300T); The raw materials that can be produced are MQ, NR, NBR, CR, SBR, EPDM, FKM, FMQ, LSR, etc. Good at rubber embedded metal inserts and rubber embedded plastic inserts, inserts can be copper, steel, nylon, nylon cloth, etc.
